Just when we think we've figured out how the brain works, another piece of research comes along and reminds us that the brain is even more extraordinary than we imagined.

It cannot rewrite someone's identity.
Only conscious integration can do that.
Without intentional reflection, therapeutic conversation, behavioural change and subconscious reinforcement, that beautiful window of neuroplasticity eventually closes.
The brain simply drifts back towards familiar pathways.
Real transformation happens when biology and conscious awareness work together.
